2025 Religion Program

The theme of the 2025 Religion Program will be "Cave Quest: Following Jesus, the Light of the World." Materials and activities are adapted from Vacation Bible School curricula published by Our Sunday Visitor.

Each morning, campers will meet as a group to be introduced to the daily theme through interactive songs, skits, stories, and science demonstrations. Campers will break into groups by grade level to complete activities and prepare for prayer services. 

Monday - “Jesus Gives Us Hope” 

• Prophets Foretell the Light of the World (John 1:1-34)

• Mass or Prayer Service

Tuesday - “Jesus Gives Us Courage” 

• Jesus and Peter Walk on Water (Matthew 14:22-36)

• Mass

Wednesday - “Jesus Gives Us Forgiveness” 

• Jesus Heals a Paralytic (Mark 2:1-12)

• Reconciliation Service 

• Adoration

Thursday - “Jesus Gives Us Direction” 

• The Beatitudes (Matthew 5-7)

• Prayer Service

Friday - “Jesus Gives Us His Power” 

• Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:1-11)

• Mass

Campers play an active role in the celebration of each Sacrament. Campers participate as readers, altar servers, singers, and gift bearers.
