Daily Schedule - Monday through Friday

7:30am      Rise and Shine

Counselors pray with Campers in the morning. Beds should be made and the cabin should be tidy before coming up for breakfast. Don't forget to brush your teeth!

There is an optional activity, if campers or counselors wish to rise a little early, to participate in the Rosary. This is held in the Dining Hall at 7:30. 

8:00am      Salute to the Flag and Cabin Call

Campers and Counselors meet at the flag pole in front of the Dining Hall.

8:15am      Breakfast

When appropriate, medications are administered by the nurse.  To encourage Campers to clean their plates, and to raise awareness of poverty, tickets will be awarded to those who waste no food. Tickets are tallied at the end of the week, and we donate 5 cents for each ticket to a Food Bank in the Diocese.

9:00am      Religion Period  

Campers and Counselors are introduced to the daily lesson and break into small groups by grade level for activities.

11:15am    Communal Prayer

Campers and Counselors lead and participate in a Mass, prayer service, or Reconciliation service.

12:00pm    Lunch

Campers take turns serving as waiters and waitresses.  Each waiter/waitress brings food from the kitchen to the table by entering the “in” door and exiting the “out” door.  Only those serving may get up from the table.  Waiters and waitresses clean and set the table for the next meal. Tickets will be awarded to those who waste no food. Campers and Counselors may leave when announcements have been made and their table has returned thanks.

12:45pm    Rest and Cabin Inspections 

Campers nap or sit quietly in their cabins, out of the sun.  Campers also dress for afternoon activities. During inspections, points will be taken off if campers are not on their beds.

1:45pm      Recreation

Grades 1-3:  Swimming

Grades 4-6:  Arts & Crafts and Sports

3:15pm      Break and Rotate

Counselors help Campers rotate locations and serve a snack.

3:30pm      Recreation

Grades 1-3:  Arts & Crafts and Sports

Grades 4-6:  Swimming              

5:00pm      Shower Period

Counselors supervise Campers in the Bath House.

6:10pm      Peace, Be Still

Campers and Counselors meet in the Dining Hall to reflect on the day's activities, meditate, and pray.

6:30pm     Supper

7:30pm      Personal Time

Campers can work on skits and enjoy free time.

8:00pm      Evening Program

Campers and Counselors meet as a group for fun!  Activities include Bunco, music, Camper skits, and Counselor skits.

9:30pm      Preparation for Bed

Counselors help campers get ready for bed and say bedtime prayers.

10:00pm    Lights Out

Counselors pray with their Campers in the morning.  Campers pack their belongings and bring them to the pick-up area.

9:30am      Meet at Flag Pole
