From I-85 Southbound

(from Charlotte):

Take Exit 8, turn south (left) onto Highway 161, travel across NC/SC state line, and park entrance will be on the right.  After entering Kings Mountain State Park, follow signs for "Organized Camps" (soft left turn after the Park Office) and then for "Camp York" (right at the fork between camps York and Cherokee).

From I-85 Northbound

(from Spartanburg):

Take Exit 2 (in North Carolina) onto Highway 216/ Park Road. Turn right and travel approximately five miles through Kings Mountain National Park.  After entering Kings Mountain State Park, follow signs for "Organized Camps" (hard right turn before the Park Office) and then for "Camp York" (right at the fork between camps York and Cherokee).

From I-77

(from Columbia):

Take Exit 82 for Highway 161/Celanese Road toward Rock Hill (westbound). Follow Highway 161 through Rock Hill to York. The park entrance will be on the left approximately 12 miles northwest of York (prior to the SC/NC border).  After entering Kings Mountain State Park, follow signs for "Organized Camps" (soft left turn after the Park Office) and then for "Camp York" (right at the fork between camps York and Cherokee).
